Spectral cross-correlation templates
One of the redshift measurements is carried out by obtaing a cross-correlation redshift. The
ID of the best-fitting template is stored in the header keyword
BESTTEMP in the spSpec*.fits
files. Here we provide the template spectra.
- The templates have been changed slightly for DR2 (note they are
now numberd from 0-32, instead of 1-33)
- Templates are provided as fits files, in the same file format as
spSpec*.fits files.
- Get all templates:
spectemplatesDR2.tar.gz
(1.8 MB)
- We also provide ps and gif plots of the templates.
