File Format: FTCL parameter file

Name: opCCDLog-rc-ddddd.par, where r is the camRow (1-5 for photometric, 6-9 for astrometric, 0=spectro, 0=mt), c is the camCol (1-6 for photometric, 0-5 for astrometric, 1-4 for spectro, 0=mt), and ddddd is the int(MJD).
